1. Returns Eligibility

  • The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received.

  • Certain items, such as perishable goods, personalized products, or hygiene-related items, may not be eligible for returns unless defective.

  • Requests for returns must be made within 7 days of receiving the product.

  • The product must include proof of purchase (e.g., receipt or order confirmation).

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for returns unless they arrive damaged or defective:

  • Gift cards

  • Downloadable software or digital products

  • Health and personal care items

  • Items sold as “final sale”

3. Initiating a Return

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact the vendor directly using the contact details provided on your order confirmation or product page. Vendors are responsible for handling all returns.

  2. Communicate your order details and the reason for the return with the vendor.

  3. Vendors will provide instructions for returning the item, including the return address and any additional requirements.

Note: Vendors are in charge of collecting the returned goods and managing the return process. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defect or error on the vendor’s part.

4. Refund Process

Once the vendor receives and inspects the returned item, they will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, refunds will be processed as follows:

  • Original Payment Method: Refunds will be credited to your original payment method within 7-14 business days after approval.

  • Store Credit: Alternatively, the vendor may offer store credit for future purchases.

Please note:

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable.

  • If the return is due to an error or defective product, the vendor may cover the return shipping cost.

5. Exchanges

Vendors allow exchanges for defective or damaged items. If you need to exchange an item, contact the vendor directly within 7 days of receiving the product. Exchanges are subject to product availability.

6. Cancellations

Orders can be canceled if the request is made before the item has been shipped. Contact the vendor directly to request a cancellation. Once an item has been shipped, the vendor’s return policy applies.

7. Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a damaged or defective item:

  • Provide photos of the damaged item and your order details.

  • The vendor will arrange for a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.
